TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery:

We deliver in Los Angeles and Orange Counties from 10 AM to 8 PM daily. Orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered the next day. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address at checkout. Delivery is free up to 15 miles.

Delivery fees for distances over 100 miles are calculated individually. Please contact us for details.

While we aim to fulfill delivery requests, due to unpredictable factors like traffic in Los Angeles, we cannot promise an exact delivery time. You may provide a preferred time window in the special instructions during checkout, and we will strive to meet it.

If the recipient isn’t available upon delivery, we will attempt to contact you unless other instructions have been given. Flowers can be left in a secure location (such as a porch or with a neighbor), or a next-day delivery can be arranged.

Return & Refund Policy:

All purchases made with Epic Blossom are final due to the nature of our perishable goods. The only exception applies to defective products. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours, accompanied by a photo sent to our email.

Please note that flowers are living, delicate products and require proper care. The recipient is responsible for following the provided care instructions.

Arrangement Accuracy:

Flower varieties and shades may vary depending on seasonality and availability. Moreover, due to the unique nature of flowers, the final arrangement may not be an exact match to the photo, but rest assured that the overall style and aesthetic will be faithfully represented and conveyed. We always select equally stunning blooms to ensure a beautiful and high-quality arrangement.
